Biscuits Quiche
- 6 Leftover Biscuits of your choice (We had cheddar jalapeño biscuits side recipe…)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- Veggies of your choice
- Salt / Pepper
- Olive Oil
Crumble biscuits and press into pie pan (I used a 9 inch springform cake pan.)
In fry pan with olive oil sauté some vegetables (mushroom, bell pepper, onion or whatever you got. Add some leafy items like spinach, kale, parsley, again to your taste.)
Spread sautéed items on top of biscuit layer.
Mix up 6 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk.
Pour over vegetables.
Bake at 375 for 30 min.
Grate some cheese sprinkle over pan, bake another 5 min.
Move to counter to cool.
TIP: USE A THIN LAYER OF BISCUITS

TIP: DEFINITELY ADD LEAFY GREENS, LOTS OF SPINACH
TIP: DON’T USE A KNIFE DIRECTLY ON WIFEY’S NEW SPRINGFORM PAN (NO SCRATCHY SCRATCHY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MARRIAGE).
